Brewing Instructions

Stone & Grove Olive leaf tea naturally contains the unique antioxidants olive products are famous for.  Here's how to brew your tea perfectly. Drink it in. 

HOT TEA 

Brewing and serving recommendations: 

1. Heat water to 90°c (194°f), and pour into cup or pot

2. Steep tea bag/s (1 tea bag for individual cups)

Steeping time of 2 minutes for our Olive Leaf Tea and Olive Leaf + Green Tea Sencha 

Steeping time of 3-4 minutes for our wellness tisanes (Women's Health, Detox, Immunity, Energy) 

3. Dispose of tea bag in compost bin

4. Allow the tea to settle for 2 minutes prior to drinking

ICED TEA 

Brewing and serving recommendations: 

1. Heat water to 85°c (185°f), and pour into serving jug

2. Steep tea bag/s in serving jug (1 tea bag per 200ml of water)

Steeping time of 2 minutes for our Olive Leaf Tea and Olive Leaf + Green Tea Sencha 

Steeping time of 3-4 minutes for our wellness blends (Women's Health, Detox, Immunity, Energy) 

3. Cover the jug, place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for 2+ hours.

4. Remove from the refrigerator; add ice and garnish with fruit, Honey or Maple Syrup  

Garnishing Suggestions: 

Olive Leaf: Garnish with lemon and mint 

Energy: Garnish with pomegranate, orange, watermelon 

Immunity: Garnish with orange 

Detox: Garnish with orange and lemon 

5. Serve and enjoy!

COLD BREW TEA

Brewing and serving recommendations: 

1. Fill a jug with room temperate or cold water. 

2. Add Stone & Grove Loose-leaf tea leaves 

One teaspoon per every two cups of water (500ml) of Olive Leaf Tea and Olive Leaf + Green Tea Sencha 

One teaspoon per every cup of water (250ml) of our wellness tisanes (Women's Health, Detox, Immunity, Energy) 

3. Cover the jug and refrigerate overnight (max 8 hours). 

4. Once the time is up, strain the loose-leaf tea out of the jug by pouring the tea through a fine mesh sieve (discard used tea leaves). 

5. Serve tea as is or with any garnishings of your choice. 

Garnishing Suggestions: Sliced Lemon, Honey or Maple Syrup, Fresh Mint Leaves, Sliced Cucumber 

TEA-INFUSED POPSICLES 

Brewing and serving recommendations: 

1. Heat water to 85°c (185°f), and pour into a jug

2. Steep tea bag/s in serving jug (1 tea bag per 200ml of water)

Steeping time of 4 minutes for our Olive Leaf Tea and Olive Leaf + Green Tea Sencha 

Steeping time of 10 minutes for our wellness blends (Women's Health, Detox, Immunity, Energy) 

3. Cover the jug, place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for 1-4 hours.

4. Remove from the refrigerator, pour tea into popsicle mould and garnish with fruit 

Garnishing suggestions: Blueberries, Pomegranate seeds, Orange or Lemon slices, Honey or Maple Syrup, Raspberries 

5. Place on a flat surface in the freezer overnight or until frozen. 

6. Serve and enjoy!
